As a Senior Product Designer on the New User Experience team, you will own strategy and execution for crafting a seamless and engaging journey for users from the moment they sign up through their first few orders. You’ll get to work on problems like onboarding, creating a frictionless first order experience, and kicking off milestone campaigns among other exciting bets. You will work closely with partners across Product, Data, and User Research to understand the customer's problems and define a high crafted, customer-first solution. This role requires you to bring your problem solving skills to the front, leading with a hypothesis, and getting to the lowest level of detail to find the right solution.You will report to the Head of Consumer Product Design in our Product Design organization.
