We're looking for a Head of Outbound Sales who will lead a high-performing SDR team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sales operations, coaching, and enabling high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Build a high-volume SDR team from scratch.
- Establish the SDR structure, roles, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Develop a robust SDR training program focused on prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM usage.
- Sales Process & Operations: Define and refine the SDR playbook for inbound and outbound prospecting.
- Develop a scalable lead qualification process to align with sales and marketing.
- Culture & Leadership: Build a strong team culture focused on performance, accountability, and collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership.
- Proven track record of coaching SDRs to success and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience in creating scalable processes and playbooks from scratch.
