Mission

DoorLoop is hiring a Manager of Business Development - Channel Partnerships with deep expertise in proptech, real estate technology, and property management to build and scale a high-impact channel sales engine from the ground up. This individual will be responsible for developing strategic alliances, building a robust partner network, and executing a scalable partner-driven go-to-market strategy that fuels revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise segments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and Execute a Channel Sales Strategy
  • Drive Partner-Influenced and Sourced Pipeline
  • Develop and Scale Strategic Alliances & Partnerships
  • Lead Industry Event & Conference Strategy
  • Partner Enablement, Training, and Operational Excellence

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or partnerships within the proptech, real estate technology, or property management industry.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate tech landscape, with an existing network of industry partners and a proven track record of building high-impact channel programs.
  • Strategic Sales & Partnerships Experience - Proven ability to build and scale channel sales programs from 0 to 1, delivering partner-sourced and influenced pipeline that drives revenue growth.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align partnership strategies with revenue goals.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills, with a history of developing high-value strategic alliances and reseller partnerships.
  • Event & Conference Strategy Execution - Experience developing and executing event-driven pipeline generation strategies at major real estate and proptech conferences.
  • Ability to represent DoorLoop at industry events, develop executive-level relationships, and secure high-value partnerships.
  • Performance & Data-Driven Approach - Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining partner KPIs, tracking performance, and optimizing partner programs based on data-driven insights. Experience developing partner performance dashboards, deal tracking mechanisms, and forecasting models.
