Key Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain the Shopify website, ensuring products, pages, and content are up to date.
Optimize website performance, user experience, and SEO rankings.
Implement and troubleshoot Shopify apps, themes, and customizations.
Monitor site analytics, track conversions, and provide insights for improvement.
Upload product images, descriptions, and pricing updates regularly.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align website content with promotional campaigns.
Manage website security, backups, and performance optimizations.
Handle technical issues and liaise with Shopify support or developers as needed.
Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, , etc.) with engaging content.
Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of completed projects, installations, and products for marketing purposes.
Upload and optimize images, videos, and job site updates to Google My Business, website galleries, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms to enhance customer engagement.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer interaction.
Track social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Qualifications & Skills :
Proven experience managing Shopify websites and social media platforms.
Knowledge of Shopify themes, Liquid coding, and third-party app integrations.
Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and online branding strategies.
Photography and videography skills, including editing (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar tools).
Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for digital marketing.
