Key Responsibilities: ✔ Answer and direct phone calls professionally ✔ Assist truck drivers with inbound/outbound paperwork ✔ Maintain filing systems and ensure organized records ✔ Perform administrative support tasks, including data entry, printing, and general office organization
Ideal Candidate: ✔ Strong communication and customer service skills ✔ Detail-oriented and highly organized ✔ Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) ✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
