About the Role:
As our Door to Door Sales Trainer, you’ll play a critical role in developing and empowering our team of door-to-door sales agents. You’ll lead engaging training sessions to equip agents with the skills they need to succeed, including product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and top-notch customer service. Your guidance will help agents grow, meet their goals, and drive success in a fast-paced sales environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct impactful training sessions focused on door-to-door sales, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Evaluate employee performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies and training materials.
- Motivate and inspire agents to achieve their potential, while fostering a positive, high-energy team culture.
- Address challenges with conflict management and change management practices, driving consistent improvement and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales training, with a focus on direct sales or door-to-door environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High charisma and positive energy that creates an engaging training atmosphere.
- Experience in conflict management and change management practices.
