Job Title : Bilingual Patient Retention Support Representative
Job Summary :
The Bilingual Patient Retention Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent support to our patients through various communication channels, ensuring timely follow-up, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
This role requires someone with a medical background who can effectively communicate with patients and team members in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow up with patients within 24 hours of inquiry or appointment via phone, text, email, or chat using the Parlaymed patient portal.
- Provide support to patients, addressing their needs and escalating issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
- Generate and manage patient invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Collaborate with treatment coordinators, the shipping department, management, and Dr. Nguyen to provide a comprehensive and positive patient experience.
- Document patient interactions and updates in the system, ensuring accurate and thorough records.
- Proactively handle patient concerns and inquiries, offering resolutions or passing them to the correct team for follow-up.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations at all times.
