Salary: $80,000-$110,000 Performance Bonuses

With rapid growth comes the need for a Financial Analysis Manager who will play a critical role in overseeing our financial health, optimizing cost structures, and ensuring profitability as we scale.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for an analytical, results-driven finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. The Financial Analysis Manager will be responsible for financial strategy, cost optimization, revenue forecasting, and cash flow management to help DOPE maximize profitability and scalability.

This position requires a hands-on finance manager who can go beyond traditional bookkeeping and build real-time financial dashboards, analyze marketing return on investment, and implement cost-saving strategies that improve efficiency across all departments.

Position Responsibilities Financial Oversight & Profitability Strategy

• Implement real-time financial tracking of revenue, expenses, and cost per order
• Oversee daily cost analysis for print operations, marketing campaigns, and customer acquisition
• Develop financial models and forecasting tools to support business growth
• Identify profitability trends and cost-reduction opportunities

Operational & Process Optimization

• Manage QuickBooks, Stripe, and internal financial dashboards
• Partner with the marketing team to track return on investment on ad spend and customer acquisition
• Work closely with the print production team to reduce cost per job and optimize inventory
• Automate and streamline reporting, reconciliation, and budgeting

Financial Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards, tax regulations, and financial controls
• Implement internal financial policies to manage cash flow and prevent risk
• Oversee vendor payments, payroll coordination, and financial reconciliations

Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work directly with the CEO, COO, and department heads to align financial strategy with company goals
• Provide data-driven insights to sales and marketing teams to improve pricing strategies and campaign efficiency
• Develop monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive leadership

Requirements & Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in accounting, financial planning, or operational finance, preferably in high-growth startups, SaaS, or marketing industries
• Strong experience with QuickBooks, Stripe, and financial dashboards
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and revenue forecasting
• Strategic mindset with an ability to optimize cost structures and improve profit margins
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to present financial insights to executives and cross-functional teams
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Preferred but not required: Experience in direct mail, marketing automation, or SaaS finance
