We're scaling fast and looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer (Rails/React) to help build the next generation of marketing automation. If you love crafting clean, maintainable code and working with a fast-paced, results-driven team, this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do

Build, enhance, and maintain scalable backend functionality using Ruby on Rails.

Develop interactive, responsive front-end applications using React.

Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries and database schemas using PostgreSQL.

Collaborate closely with product and design teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

Identify opportunities for data-driven enhancements and optimizations.

Help scale DOPE 3.0, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.

What We’re Looking For

5 years of experience building robust web applications.

Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails or a comparable full-stack framework.

Strong experience with React for front-end development.

Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and schema design.

Bonus points for experience in data engineering, ETL processes, or integrating complex data pipelines.

A proactive self-starter who values autonomy and accountability.

Passion for delivering clean, maintainable, and tested code.
