We are seeking skilled and dependable MIG and TIG Welders/Fitters to join our second shift production team. While welding certification is not required, candidates must be able to pass a weld test and demonstrate proficiency with various profiles and material thicknesses.
This is a full-time position on the second shift (Monday-Friday). Some overtime, including occasional Saturdays, may be required to meet project deadlines.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and fabricate metal assemblies according to drawings, specifications, and company standards.
- Determine required equipment and welding method, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques to complete assembly.
- Performs related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding.
- Finish grind and sand welds to meet appearance standards.
- Move metal components by hand and machine assisted with chain rigging, overhead/jib crane, material conveyor, or transfer stations and other material handling equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the welding process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Minimum of 2-years of experience in welding, fabrication, or related field.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate welding equipment, hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistent produce quality product.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in various environments.
- Accountable and self-motivated.
- Able to read, understand, and follow safety procedures.
- Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift.
- Must be able to lift and manipulate 50 lbs.
