We are a small, local women’s clothing boutique seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Key Holder to help us ensure smooth store operations. The ideal candidate will be entrusted with opening and closing the store, and delivering excellent customer service. This position requires trustworthiness, leadership, and a commitment to upholding our boutique’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening & Closing the Store: Ensure the boutique opens and closes on time, following store procedures for securing the premises.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with their shopping experience, offering personalized product recommendations and answering questions.
- Cash Handling: Oversee register transactions, handle cash, process returns/exchanges, and ensure accurate cash drawer counts.
- Inventory Support: Assist with restocking, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Team Support: Act as a lead when the store manager is unavailable, guiding staff and helping with day-to-day operations.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns or operational issues in a professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain Store Standards: Ensure the store is tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing during opening and closing shifts.
