We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team and help build scalable, high-performance systems that power our core products. You’ll be working on mission-critical infrastructure, distributed systems, and backend services that handle massive amounts of data and traffic.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable backend services.
- Architect and optimize distributed systems to handle large-scale data and traffic.
- Work with databases, caching layers, and messaging queues to ensure low-latency and high-throughput performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend engineers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and observability for production systems.
- Improve the security, reliability, and performance of our backend infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and technical planning.
- 5 years of experience in backend development, building and maintaining large-scale systems.
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language: Go, C , Java, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design.
- Experience with high-performance, low-latency systems and optimizing for scale.
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL), caching strategies, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
- Strong grasp of networking concepts, concurrency, and multithreading.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a passion for writing clean and efficient code, and a focus on delivering impactful results.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or a top-tier tech company.
- Prior work on real-time systems, financial tech, or large-scale data pipelines.
- Knowledge of Algo trading, HFT, or fixed income.
- Mathematics or Quant experience.
