What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping/Supply Room Clerk PNC 2nd Shift position at Dorada Foods - Ponca City?
POSITION PURPOSE
The primary purpose of the Supply Room Clerk/Sanitizer is to control and maintain the distribution and inventory of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other needed items for Production Employees to work safely with food products. As well as maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the required levels of inventory of personal protective equipment and other item. Wash gloves daily to ensure incoming shift is fully stocked and prepared.
- Be punctual and adhere to all safety policies, general manufacturing policies, and food safety guidelines. Must be able to complete assigned tasks in a safe and timely fashion.
- Must be able to do tasks without constant supervision and assist where needed on special projects.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, front offices and the Health and Safety Building.
- Teamwork and effective Communication with other supply room clerks/sanitizers is essential to maintain an effective and organized process.

Good communication skills and the ability to multitask. Also, experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as stated above.

- Ability to control Bins and Carts weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working in a cold environment.
