A veterinarian with a true passion for client education and wellness.Someone who loves developing programs and creative solutions, such as wellness and therapy offerings.A personable, team-oriented individual who excels at building relationships with clients and staff.A forward thinker who is excited to grow and evolve with the practice.A DVM / VMD from an accredited institution.Florida Veterinary License in good standing (or ability to obtain).Your Role and Why This Role is Unique :
As our GP DVM , you'll enjoy a schedule that mirrors the hours of a traditional GP practice :
Hours :Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday : 9 AM - 5 PM (appointments), in the building from 8 : 30 AM - 6 PM
Saturday : 8 AM - 1 PMDays Off : ½ day Saturday, all day Sunday and WednesdayYour role will go beyond seeing patients—this is an opportunity to shape the future of general practice at our hospital. As our team grows and evolves, you’ll help determine scheduling and practice structure, ensuring we provide the highest level of care.
Building Our GP Practice : Develop and grow our general practice offerings. Create and refine geriatric, puppy, and wellness packages that excite and educate pet owners.Collaborating with Specialists : Work alongside our Physical Therapist to integrate physical therapy into GP care and ensure our clients have access to the best possible wellness solutions.Educating and Empowering Owners : Be the face of client education, creating handouts and personalized recommendations to improve patient outcomes.Future Opportunities : As the practice grows, you’ll have the chance to help hire and mentor additional DVMs, shaping the culture and philosophy of the team.If you’re ready to bring your energy, ideas, and passion to a growing practice where you can make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
