Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director with a strong background in population health to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our medical staff in developing and implementing innovative strategies to address the health needs of our community while ensuring the delivery of exceptional care at every level.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a hybrid role, balancing direct patient care responsibilities with administrative duties, ensuring a comprehensive approach to healthcare delivery and organizational leadership.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to healthcare providers, serving as a resource for complex cases, clinical decision-making, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Actively participate in patient care activities, including consultations, assessments, and treatment planning, to maintain clinical proficiency and stay connected to patient needs and experiences.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, leveraging clinical best practices and evidence-based guidelines to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
