The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and optimizing client data systems to enhance departmental workflows, ensure quality and accuracy, and meet organizational and funder requirements. This role serves as the primary liaison between system vendors, management, and staff, providing oversight and support for data entry, reporting, and compliance activities. The coordinator develops tools such as dashboards and reports, evaluates and resolves data quality issues, and ensures that client information is accurate, complete, and in compliance with grant guidelines.

The Candidate Will Be Responsible For
- Maintain & update client information systems to continuously improve departments’ workflow and processes
- Develop and conduct regularly scheduled quality control reviews of data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Represent the agency at meetings and communicate learned information to affected users as appropriate
- Regularly assess agency/department/program needs and update data systems as appropriate
- Develop reports, user dashboards, and other management tools as needed
- Develop processes to monitor quality standards and resolve identified issues
- Document client cash assistance and in-kind expenses accurately, completely and in a timely manner
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- High level of digital literacy required
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Financial analysis and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional ability to organize and prioritize workload and duties
- Be able to lift 10-20lbs
- Full-time 37.5 hrs/week
