- Public Administration skills
- At least ten (10) years of related work experience.
- Budgeting experience
- Strong leadership and managerial abilities
- Knowledge of local government regulations and policies helpful

- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Valid state driver’s license
- Professional Engineer license
- Registered Land Surveyor preferred

- Plans, organizes and directs all programs and operations of the Public Works Department including transportation, solid waste, and stormwater functions.
- Ensures departmental compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and
