Dordick Law Corporation, an award winning civil litigation law firm, is seeking an experienced ppre-litigation case manager. Our practice is primarily focused on catastrophic personal injury. This is not a remote or hybrid position. You must be willing and able to work at our downtown Los Angeles or Beverly Hills office
Description

Duties include:
- Handling pre-litigation files from intake to the filing of the complaint
- Ongoing quality client contact
- Working with insurers to resolve property damage/loss of use claims
- Sending rep letters, letters of preservation, and other client documentation
- Drafting demand letters
Qualities needed:
- Spanish fluency - speaking, reading and writing
- Minimum 3 years PLAINTIFF personal injury experience
- Knowledge of the injury claim process with insurance companies
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology with regard to PI injuries
- Careful attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks
Salary
$30 - $45 per hour
