Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts through comprehensive market analysis, data analytics, and summarizing sales data. This role will require a keen understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to drive the company's growth and success.
Essential Job Functions
Market Analysis: Study and analyze market conditions to identify opportunities for the company’s growth. Conduct gap analysis, market research, and consumer research to inform strategic decisions.
Data Analytics: Utilize marketing data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Analyze data to uncover insights and trends that can enhance marketing strategies.
Demographic Insights: Understand and interpret data to reveal demographics that our competitors do not reach. Use these insights to develop targeted marketing initiatives that expand our customer base.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Day-to-Day Tasks: Ensure the smooth execution of daily marketing activities by managing graphic and imagery requests, new item step-ups, and CRM maintenance.

Qualifications
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Prior Experience
1-2 years in marketing, communications, or business-related roles
Any prior retail or sales experience is a plus
Any prior experience with project management is a plus
Any consumer product experience is a plus
Hard Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Skype/Zoom
Able to analyze large sets of data, provide insights from data analysis
Soft Skills
Must be a team player with an upbeat and can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and learn quickly
Excellent oral and written communication skills
