Quality & Compliance Analyst
Position Summary
The Quality & Compliance Analyst is to ensure that Cosco Home & Office products and factories meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Essential Job Functions
- Reviews drawings, graphics, regulations, and product development documents
- Reviews and approves PD, EC, and CAR actions
- Engages in troubleshooting and correction of problems, reporting unresolved issues to Quality Assurance Director and Senior Management.
- May assist in new product development testing, writing quality requirements, developing worldwide test standards, qualification, and production start.
- Works with international Dorel teams to ensure worldwide product compliance in testing, inspection, audits, and 3rd party lab regulatory compliance programs.
- Assists in Retailer program compliance and communication.
- Monitor and stay informed on changes to laws, regulations, industry standards, and compliance trends that impact the organization.
- Identifies and documents areas of non-compliance, providing actional recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of a technical nature or Vocational Schooling of a technical nature
- ASQ Quality Engineering Certification preferred
Prior Experience
- Prefer 2 Years of Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering
Hard Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance practices
- Strong knowledge of Quality Engineering practices
Soft Skills
- Ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities
- Strong creative, analytic and organization skills
About this position
- Location: based out of Columbus, IN and is a hybrid position (2 - 3 days a week onsite, the rest remote)
- Travel: some travel, including overseas suppliers required
- Hours: 8 – 5, Monday – Friday
