We are currently seeking a dynamic Compliance Analyst to join our growing team.
The Role:
The Compliance Analyst will play a crucial role in interpreting and enforcing vendor (customer and factory) compliance agreements, ensuring regulatory and operational adherence across various departments. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive compliance initiatives effectively.
Reports To: EVP, Operations
Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Review and interpret customer agreements for relevant compliance, accounting and operational requirements in a timely manner.

Engage with sales, special orders, data analytics, product development, purchasing, and customer success teams, as well as suppliers, to convey relevant requirements and facilitate compliance activities.

Lead ad hoc meetings with sales and operations teams to address general and specific compliance-related issues.

Facilitate customer onboarding processes for both inline and drop ship channels.

Manage the supplier audit process, including coordinating third-party audits, reviewing audit findings, addressing corrective actions, and ensuring timely submission of audit-related documents such as FAMA

Familiar with PROP 65 and PFAS product testing.

Assist in managing CTPAT compliance across our global supply chain.

Complete all requested and required reports within the expected timelines.

Investigate customer-issued fines and penalties, document erroneous charges, conduct root cause analyses, and create corrective action plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Accounting, Data Analytics, Customer Success, Product Development, Purchasing, Logistics, IT, and Sales—to support operational compliance and revenue-driving activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of compliance-related experience in social, customs, corporate, or vendor compliance.

Education: Bachelor's degree in law, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Prior experience with ERP and EDI systems is a plus.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex procedures and regulations while identifying risks and solutions.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of leadership and external partners.

Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
