We are currently seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join our growing team.

This is a key role in shaping the future of Dorfman Milano. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. You will be responsible for all aspects of HR, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and legal compliance. Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage all HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
· Partner with leadership to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
· Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
· Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave of absence.
· Conduct needs assessments and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
· Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
· Maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall business strategy.
Reporting Relationships: Reports directly to the CFO with one direct report.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 10 years of progressive HR experience with a strong generalist background.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish Required.
· SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
· Experience with Paycom payroll systems.
· In-depth knowledge of California employment laws.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft products including but not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Prior Experience with the HRIS Software Paycom a plus.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
