Title: HR Manager – Bilingual
Exempt Status: Full-time, Salaried- Exempt
Location: On-site, Garland, Texas
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 DOE

We are currently seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for all aspects of HR, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and legal compliance. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
- Partner with leadership to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave of absence.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall business strategy.
Reporting Relationships: Reports directly to the CFO with one direct report.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive HR experience with a strong generalist background.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish Required.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Experience with Paycom payroll systems.
- In-depth knowledge of California employment laws.
