- Complete and process New Business applications
- Update & review database / CRM to reflect account status focused on new business and / or service
- Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient filing system
- Follow up on pending business and contact individual clients with updates
- Assist Financial Advisors with pre-appointment requirements and financial planning responsibilities
- Prepare, manage, and track the new business pipeline
- Assist Advisors with client support, mailings, educational workshops, and client events as needed
- Act as phone back-up to other members of our team
- Maintain current Advisor’s licenses and appointments Qualifications :
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
- Experience using a CRM is preferred
- You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
- Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Prior experience working in the financial industry
- Life Insurance & Securities License(s) preferred Compensation : $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
