We are currently seeking a professional Account Coordinator to assist our branch manager with customer service, scheduling, job organization, and more. The ideal candidate will be a team player, self-motivated, goal-driven, and with careful attention to detail. As part of a team, you will be providing our clients with exemplary customer service to school administration, parents, and students.

- Manage school-based account details by keeping them up-to-date and accurate
- Advocate customers’ needs by problem-solving

- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ensure all customer transactions are accurate and complete
- Collect data, organize and prepare data for company use
