This is what we ask of you:
As a school and activities photographer, it is essential to exhibit a personable and outgoing demeanor, demonstrating the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision and function adeptly as both an independent contributor and a team player. Furthermore, it is imperative to showcase outstanding customer service and communication skills, as well as the capacity to engage positively with individuals across varying age groups, ranging from school-age children to adults.
- Provide wonderful customer service to school administration, staff, parents, and students
- Assist the photography team in developing new techniques that benefit our customer base
- Take quality portraits
- Transport and set up computer and camera equipment on-site at schools
- Complete end-of-day paperwork with great attention to detail
- Communicate effectively and timely with all team members
- Assist with leading and training a team of photographers
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- The ability to positively interact with both school-age children and adults
- Ability to present a positive and professional image
- Willingness to work a varied schedule, including early mornings
- Motivated, Self-starting, & Personable
- Computer literate
- High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Valid driver’s license as well as reliable, insured transportation
Bonus Qualifications include:
- Experience with school-based photography
- Photoshop and Lightroom experience
- Bilingual Spanish speaking
