We are seeking to fill a part-time position in the afternoons.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward school administration, staff, parents, and students
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
- Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Accurately document customer issues, inquiries, and resolutions in the company system
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills including active listening
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Proficient knowledge of Google Suite and the ability to learn specialized software programs
- Ability to work as a team member, provide input, and follow directions
- Complete tasks while demonstrating a thorough concern for all areas involved
- Willingness to go the extra mile for our customers
- Ability to maintain a sense of humor and grace in all situations
1 years of customer service & 1 years of call center experience preferred
Bonus Experience:
- Salesforce case management experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English
