dormakaba is seeking a Glazier to work first shift (6AM – 2:30PM) based in its Reamstown, PA facility. The Glazier is responsible for installation, inspections, remodels, and maintenance of commercial glazing construction.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $20-25/hr plus mandatory overtime as needed (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). What You Will Do
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

What You Will Do
- Cut, assemble, fit, and attach metal-framed glass enclosures
- Interpret blueprints and instructions
- Follow guidelines and templates
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Regularly inspect assigned equipment and perform minor preventative maintenance as needed and may perform a variety of other tasks as production needs require
- High School Diploma and/or GED Certification
- One (1) year of manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Knowledge and understanding of basic arithmetic
- Strong mechanical abilities
