HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $23/hr - $27.00/hr plus .75 shift differential and mandatory overtime as needed (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). What You Will Do
- Operate the machine according to standard operating instructions (SOP)
- Document and inspect quality of work per Quality Assurance Inspection Procedure (QAIP).
- Using micrometers, height gauges, calipers, and comparators
- Understand work orders and routings
- Follow all environmental, health, & safety EHS policies and procedures including use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Daily 5S/housekeeping
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extensive experience operating, setups, tool changes, etc.
- Understanding of shop math & blueprint reading/comprehension Geometric Dimensional and Tolerance (GD&T)
- Ability to perform advanced quality inspections
- Professional communication skills
- SAP or Enterprise system knowledge
- Computer proficient and lean skills
- Documented manufacturing education/training
