Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a Project Manager - Business Transformation based in Indianapolis, IN. This is a hybrid position. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day activities of strategic projects, keeping a detailed and technical view of the project operations from start to finish, monitoring and reporting on the project progress throughout the launch. This position supports the development and execution of the business project portfolio plans to expand and drive overall growth and productivity.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $80,000 - $90,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data) plus a Short-Term Incentive Bonus. What You Will Do
- Develop clear, cross-functional, and attainable project plans with well-defined tasks and ownership ensuring that the project remains on the specific timeline
- Oversight of the purpose and status of the project to ensure the project goals are met
- Track and adjust various budgets and spending, look for gaps in work efficiency, communicate with various functional teams and suggest potential changes in the plan
- Lead cross-functional project teams to execute project plans while maintaining scope, schedule and budget
- Define, report and proactively mitigate risks to project
- 2 years project management work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or another related field
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Management, Finance or Engineering
- PMP Certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with MS Project & Microsoft Power BI
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Software (Salesforce)
