POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking an Inventory Coordinator based in Chino, CA. The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for receiving, stocking, and selecting inventory to satisfy independent customer orders. They will assist in monitoring inventory levels by conducting physical counts to ensure the accuracy of warehouse records. The Inventory Coordinator will also stock material in a timely manner in accordance with company guidelines and expectations.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Hourly Salary $21.85 - $25 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Receive, organize, and stock parts and materials by properly packaging, labeling, and storing goods in their designated location in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of products that have been received and stocked, maintain records as instructed and per company training while informing the supervisor of any concerns, complications, or inaccuracies and provide management with accurate records and inventory counts
- Execute periodic cycle counts as requested
- Analyze and organize weekly work order pull schedules
- Research, analyze and adjust inventory discrepancies
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience
- Ability to obtain certification to operate powered forklift equipment (stand-up and sit-down)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
