As a Network Concierge, you’ll play a key role in curating seamless, high-end experiences for our members by coordinating events, travel, and exclusive engagements across our clubs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Network Concierge your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing the member experience across the network and at your home club.
- Selling network events to your regional membership roster.
- Manage the activities surrounding discovery visits, converting guest visits to membership.
- Creating and coordinating events, including booking cottage stays, tee times, travel arrangements , and food & beverage experiences.
- Partnering with our signature members to develop exclusive events.
- Securing and managing group events across network clubs and departments.
- Work closely with the Golf, Facilities, and F&B staff to ensure outstanding execution through clear and timely communication and logistics.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of each property within the network.
- Planning and coordinating transportation related to cottage stays.
We are looking for someone to join our team who is:
- A proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for hospitality and member engagement.
- An excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate logistics across multiple locations.
- Skilled at building relationships and selling experiences to enhance member engagement.
- A collaborative team player who works seamlessly with different departments and serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department, club and Network.
- A professional with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- Experienced in group sales, planning experience and customer service experience. (3-5 years preferred)
This role requires the ability to:
- See and hear: read documents, computer screen, answer phones, communicate in person (75-100%)
- Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time (25-100%)
- Climb. Stoop, squat, and kneel for occasional periods of time (0-25%)
- Dexterity: Utilizing phone, typing, and writing (50-100%)
- Lift in excess of 25 pounds (0-25%)
