Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Club Services Associate to join our team at Dormie Network. As a key member of the Guest Services department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and stage carts for daily play, ensuring they are fully stocked and maintained before and after each use.
- Greet members and guests with loading golf clubs on their cart, and provide valet services where applicable.
- Clean golf clubs of members and guests after each round.
- Assist with the maintenance of the driving range by picking up range balls and cleaning them.
- Handle member and guest luggage, including arrival and departure assistance.
