Job Summary:
The Account Manager is a key position within the Signum Sales Team, responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with existing and new customers. The role focuses on distributors, plumbing supply stores, showrooms, and select faucet manufacturers, while also exploring opportunities outside the faucet display market. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through strategic planning, customer relationship management, and proactive sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business through prospecting, attending trade shows, and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Assist customers in designing display ideas to enhance their marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain key strategic relationships across all customer accounts.
- Create and execute annual account strategies to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with both customer needs and company objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Prepare and manage annual and quarterly sales forecasts for both existing and new business opportunities.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Analyze competitive dynamics and develop strategies to address market challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team, Project Management, and Leadership to ensure seamless execution of customer needs.
- Identify and coordinate new business growth opportunities.
- Provide periodic business updates, including market share analysis, monthly reports, and project updates within the CRM system.
- Adhere to company safety policies and promote best practices.
- Develop and maintain the CRM system for effective customer management.

Work Environment:
- Officebased role with travel to customer locations as required.
- Potential for hybrid work after one year, based on performance and company needs.
- Requires interaction with a diverse customer base, including large corporations with marketing teams and small, privately owned businesses.
- Sales involve detailed knowledge of artwork, print layout, and color standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Prior experience in sales or account management preferred.
- Background in displays, printing, color, and graphics is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (phone, video conferencing, inperson).
- Effective negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization abilities.
- Experience working in highperformance teams.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of customer management.
