Job Overview

Joining our Dorney Park team means you will prepare, portion, and cook food items to quality specifications.
You will also perform the following tasks:
- Cooks, cools, and prepares food items in accordance to Serv Safe specifications.
- Ensure you are promoting a safe environment, including use and maintenance of PPE.
- Follow correct prepping procedures and utilize prep charts.
- Earn a PAID food handler certificate.
- Keep work area clean, sanitary, and orderly.
- Properly store and rotate stock.
- Use, maintain and clean all kitchen equipment, as well as preparation and storage areas.
- Follow direction from superiors, while understanding the chain of command.
