- Cooks, cools, and prepares food items in accordance to Serv Safe specifications
- Ensure you are prom o t i n g o u r s a f e t y c u l t u r e , t o i n c l u d e u s e a n d maintenance o f P P E
- Follow correct prepping procedures and utilize prep charts .
- Earn a PAID food handler certificate.
- Keeps work area clean, sanitary, and orderly
- P roperly store and rotate stock .
- Use, maintain and clean all kitchen equipment, as well as preparation and storage areas.
- Follow direction from superiors, while understanding the chain of command
