Full Time Food Service Associate
As we prepare for our upcoming location in Mason, Ohio, we’re hiring for key positions to begin training at our existing stores! This is a unique opportunity to get a head start, gain hands-on experience, and be a part of the foundation for our newest location. Food is our specialty at Dorothy Lane Market, and we’re proud to offer the very best in prepared options. From stunning entrées and salads in our gourmet delicatessen, to in-store eats like hot DLM Homemade Soups and Naples-Style Pizza, we offer a bountiful array of exquisite foods crafted using the finest ingredients.
We are looking for experienced food professionals to begin training now to prepare for our Mason store opening. We have both front of house and back of house opportunities in a variety of roles including:
- Line Cooks
- Catering and Boxed Lunch Production
- Naples-Style Pizza and Sandwiches
- Customer Service Leads
Qualifications:
- A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
- Food safety expertise.
- Prior food service experience.
- A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
- A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- 18 years old or older.
- Holiday and weekend schedule availability.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds.
