Ford Certified Diesel Technician - Full time

We are seeking a Ford Certified Diesel Service Technician to join our team.Our diesel mechanics work in the comfort of an air-conditioned and heated shop on medium size trucks, F250, F350, F450. Diesel mechanics perform work specified on the respire order with efficiency, and in accordance with dealership standards. They are responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, breaks, and air conditioning.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford diesel engines, including Power Stroke models.
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
- Troubleshoot engine, transmission, and electrical system issues using diagnostic tools.
- Conduct fuel system repairs, including injectors, pumps, and fuel lines.
- Repair and replace turbochargers, exhaust systems, and emissions components.
- Work on braking, steering, and suspension systems related to diesel vehicles.
- Perform driveline repairs, including axles, differentials, and transfer cases.
- Use Ford-specific software and diagnostic equipment (IDS, FDRS, etc.).
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols for all repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and customer concerns.
- Communicate with service advisors and customers about repair needs.
- Stay up to date on Ford diesel technology and attend manufacturer training.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an diesel technician
- Must be knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- ASE certification preferred
- Possess own tools
- Must have a valid and clean driver’s license
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening
