We are excited to welcome an Orthodontic Specialist to our expanding team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional orthodontic services while supporting our mission to bring quality dental care to the community. You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration and truly cares about its patients.

  • Enjoy working with children, as they constitute over 70% of our patient base!

As an Orthodontic Specialist, you will :

  • Utilize advanced technology, including DentaPro software and digital x-ray and Panorex units.
  • Work alongside a supportive team : 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants for each provider.
  • Serve a patient population primarily between the ages of 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients (location-dependent).
  • Manage an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
  • Navigate various payor mixes, including state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network options.
  • Qualifications :

  • DDS / DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • Certificate of completion from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic Program.
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the relevant states or eligibility for licensure.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., CPR) as required.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
  • A compassionate spirit and a strong desire to offer dental care to children and adults.
