What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Associate (#869) - Phoenix position at Dorsey & Whitney LLP?
Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a Corporate Associate with three to six years of experience to join the Phoenix office. This associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate transactions, with a focus on venture capital investments and emerging companies transactions, as well as mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Qualified candidates will have:
- A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school;
- Three to six years of corporate transactions experience;
- Arizona bar admission;
- Strong communication and writing skills; and
- Top academic credentials.
