Director of Data & Analytics

We are looking for an experienced Director of Data & Analytics to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our data systems and analytics capabilities. This is a strategic, hands-on role that blends technical expertise with business acumen to uncover actionable insights, support decision-making, and drive growth. You will collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and marketing to build scalable data solutions and foster a data-driven culture.

Work Location : This role is located fully onsite in our Miami office.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development

Define and implement a company-wide data strategy, aligning it with business objectives and ensuring scalability.

Build and lead a small team of data professionals while acting as a hands-on individual contributor.

Design and maintain a modern, scalable data architecture, including pipelines, storage, and processing using tools like

Snowflake dbt , and Fivetran

Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership to inform key business decisions.

Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to develop data solutions that enhance member experiences and optimize business performance.

Ensure high data quality, consistency, and compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Oversee the development of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems using tools like

Tableau Power BI , or similar.

Explore and implement innovative data tools and methodologies, including AI / ML frameworks, to drive advanced analytics and automation.

What You’ll Bring

6 years in data engineering, analytics, or a similar role, with experience managing teams and delivering business-impacting solutions.

Deep knowledge of modern data tools and platforms, including

Snowflake Fivetran dbt , and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).

Proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing and analysis.

Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative, data-driven culture.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
