Your Role:
As a vital member of our team and the first friendly face of our branch, you will provide a full range of Credit Union services to our members. Among other responsibilities, your role will involve:
- Promptly greeting members and effectively managing the lobby
- Managing the phones with professionalism
- Building and strengthening member relationships by educating members on good financial practices and how our products and services can benefit them and their financial goals
- Reconciling member problems and accounts
- Generating sales referrals
What Are We Looking For?
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience: At least 1 year or more of credit union or financial experience with customer contact; Must be bondable
- Skills: Possess a working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office or similar software
