Purpose of Position: Video Center Manager serves members by planning and implementing video center and support services strategies and operations; improving systems and processes; leading the Video Center Team and Support Services Team members.
Minimum Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience:
- Three to five years management experience.
- Video Center management is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a video center or equivalent environment.
Other Requirements:
- Must be bondable
- Adapt readily to change and be flexible with work shifts to accommodate extended operating hours and business needs.
