Customer Experience Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in a luxury boutique store environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for retail sales, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers while ensuring that the store remains well-stocked and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure availability and visual appeal.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient transaction processing.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and merchandising products.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
