General Manager

Responsibilities:
- Supervising a day-to-day operation.
- Maintain and manage retail inventory, ensuring stock levels meet demand and are always organized
- Guide and motivate our service staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Prepare reports, schedules, and other admin paperwork
- Monitor inventory levels to meet guest demand.
- Hire and onboard staff to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Ensure every customer feels welcome and receives exceptional, friendly service, enhancing their overall experience.
- Drive company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance, and sanitation, striving for continuous improvement.
- Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures
- Understand and implement all company policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs
- Consistently demonstrate and promote the company culture
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant/management experience in a full-service establishment
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of operations including food, beverage, staff supervision, food safety, service techniques, ordering, inventory, and guest interaction
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions.
- Strong financial and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of POS Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Salary: $45,000 - $52,000 Base Pay plus uncapped monthly bonus
(total compensation salary bonus)
