Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Dig, plant, and maintain gardens by preparing soil and selecting appropriate plants.
- Irrigate lawns and gardens effectively to promote healthy growth.
- Build and install landscape features including pathways, retaining walls, and flower beds.
- Conduct tree trimming to ensure safety and enhance the appearance of the landscape.
- Maintain equipment used in landscaping tasks to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of plant care, lawn care techniques, and landscape design principles is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with colleagues.
