This is a Account Executive role.
You and one other AE will be the first members of the sales organization.
This is a sales role.
Almost all of your time will be spent SELLING.
We're a sales-led-growth business.
Our product is not pure PLG or PLS. The bottom line is that we won't make money unless you SELL our product.
Responsibilities
- Qualify Leads : Deeply understand customer problems, qualify those within our ICP, and using your industry and product knowledge.
- Manage Inbound : Prospect new customers from signups and reach out across multiple channels. Implement and experiment on methods to source, activate, and close deals, ensuring customer delight.
- Account Expansion : Identify current customers that are expansionary opportunities and upsell.
