- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand Dossier's market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in potential client organizations
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and leads within your territory
- Engage in product demonstrations and presentations to effectively convey the value of Dossier's solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing and implementation teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to delivery
- Track sales metrics and report on performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals
Qualifications we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably selling SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and its challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing your own schedule and priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools
