Doswell Operating Group is looking for a part-time, detail-oriented, and dependable Deposit Specialist to handle daily deposits and assist with other light accounting tasks. This is a part-time, in-person role with a schedule of 8:00AM-12:00PM Monday – Friday.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and process daily bank deposits accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and reconcile deposit amounts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and report discrepancies.
- Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the Accounting Team to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in cash handling, banking, or accounting is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and experience navigating multiple computer systems at one time.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and research issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
