Doswell Operating Group is looking for a part-time, remote, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Data Processing Coordinator to join our team. The AP Data Processing Coordinator will be responsible for data entry and processing of invoices for our vendors. This individual will use various accounting systems to efficiently process invoices through approval workflows.

What Youll Do:
- Manage accounts payable electronic processing and workflow processes.
- Reconcile vendor statements by identifying errors in posting or omissions by applying appropriate accounting standards.
What Youll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong computer skills and experience navigating multiple computer systems at one time.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and research issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
